Do restorative justice programs work?
This session provided an introduction to research on the effectiveness of restorative justice programs. It reviewed international research available on restorative justice processes and outcomes. Throughout the session panel members presented case studies illustrating the impact of restorative approaches on victims, communities and offenders.
